SERVICE POLICIES

Booking a Service

To book a service, please contact us through our website or social media for a quick consultation on the service you're interested in. We will evaluate what type of marketing you're currently working with, if any, and implement a marketing strategy that will help your business. Once the total for your projects is detailed on your invoice, you will be required to review everything, and submit a deposit of at least half the service(s) total to begin your service(s).

Deposits

To get your services started, you must submit your deposit of at least half of your service(s) total by your invoice due date. The Due date will typically be three days after your marked invoice date. If no deposit is submitted, your services will not begin, despite any rush timelines. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards your total. The only time your deposit amount will be less than half is if you working on a website project. We accept deposits via zelle, venmo, and applepay.

Paying for Services

After paying your deposit, your remaining balance, which is typically the same as the deposit amount, will be due upon completion of your service(s). You can also pay your full service total as your deposit, and your service will be  "paid off."

We encourage paying your service in full from the beginning, but if you are not able to, we can coordinate a payment plan that will best fit you. If you are unable to pay the full amount up front, you can do half upfront as your deposit and the second half upon completion or, if you are having a website designed, the total for your services can be split into three equal payments. First payment will be your deposit (1/3 of your total). Second payment will be due when we are half way finished with your site. And the final payment will be due just before your site is ready to be reviewed. You are legally responsible for completing all of your payments regardless of whether you decide you want to complete your projects or pause it.

Please note that for any of our services, for you to receive your completed project files and access, you CANNOT have any outstanding balances. All service fees must be paid off  regardless of files already being completed. You will receive a final invoice that reflects your total as being paid, and shortly after you will receive your files.

Refunds

Due to the on going collaboration when working on projects, we DO NOT offer refunds for our services. During the creation process is the best time to carefully review all drafts, including the final drafts.  We are constantly communicating and collaborating to make sure you are happy with the outcome.

If you decide after the project/service is completed that you are no longer happy with the outcome, and you want to make a change, whether it's a small change or a big change, we will gladly rework what's been done after a new service fee has been paid. Sometimes we can make minor exceptions depending how small the change is, but that will be decided after careful review.
