Founded by Stephanie Franco, Impact Over Impress grew from Stephanie's deep passion for design and marketing. As a Freelancer, she obtained her degree in Business Marketing from CSULB's School of Business. By day she is the Creative Marketing Director for a Real Estate Group in Long Beach. By night, she manages her Freelance Marketing and she runs her e-commerce candle business, Rhythm + Glo Candles.
Her drive and passion as a business owner led to her desire to help other small businesses grow and fulfill their vision, by providing them with the marketing tools they need to represent and empower them.
