OWNER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Founded by Stephanie Franco, Impact Over Impress was built from a passion for creative design and meaningful marketing. Stephanie earned her degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and currently serves as the Marketing Director and Executive Admin for a Long Beach real estate group. Outside of her full-time role, she works with small businesses and entrepreneurs on creative projects designed to strengthen their brand presence and support business growth through strategic marketing tools and understanding.
